When I joined Photobooth Supply Co. as their first Head of Brand, the company had a strong product and a loyal customer base, but their brand identity and digital presence weren’t keeping pace with their growth. My role was to change that—building a scalable brand foundation while driving measurable business results.

I began by defining customer personas, codifying a brand voice, and authoring a 100+ page Brand Standards Guide to unify everything from packaging to campaigns. I partnered cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment, and collaborated with our creative team to reimagine every touchpoint, from event presence to omni-channel content. On the digital side, I directed a full Shopify rebuild, wrote website copy, resolved 90+ technical issues, and introduced testing and optimization frameworks that increased conversion by 118% in four months.

Beyond the e-commerce transformation, I worked closely with our product team to shape the launch of an entirely new app experience—ensuring that the brand voice, UX, and storytelling aligned seamlessly across hardware, software, and services. This end-to-end alignment gave customers a more cohesive journey, from purchasing the booth to using the software and engaging with the brand long term.

By blending strategy with execution—brand ethos with technical optimization—I transformed Photobooth Supply Co.’s fragmented identity into a cohesive, growth-ready brand. The result was not just a more polished look and feel, but a system that scaled seamlessly across channels, boosted e-commerce performance, and elevated the company’s position as an industry leader.
