I partnered with The Mae from 2020-2025 as their fractional creative director, leading the brand through a full brand evolution. I started with brand strategy before designing a refreshed identity and new website then streamlining messaging so every touchpoint felt sophisticated yet approachable.
Our brand strategy foundation also led to an expansion and redesign of the salon interiors, as well as the addition of a spa. I worked alongside their interior team to direct the space, ensuring a cohesive experience for clients both online and in person.
After launching the rebrand, The Mae’s revenue grew by 57% in one year, they hit over $1 million in revenue, and in both 2022 and 2023 were recognized among the Top 200 Salons in the US.
